If you change your mind about your order…
- In the unlikely event of you being unsatisfied with your Tom Brown's satchel, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a returns form. Please then return the completed form along with the product in its original packaging and condition and we will either issue a full refund to the payment card or electronic account, if requested, an exchange. All returned satchels should be send by recorded delivery to prevent the possibility of loss.
- Please note that embossed satchels are not eligible for returns.
- Please note that 'Misfits' Seconds are not eligible for returns.
- If you wish to return your satchel due to a fault, please email our customer service team who will determine whether you are eligible for repair or replacement. We are happy to offer a refund of return postage costs where an item is proved faulty.
- We endevour to refund all customers as quickly as possible. Upon receipt of your return package, we will process your refund. Refunds may take up to 2-3 weeks to reach your bank account.

How long will my items take to arrive?
- Each of our satchels are handmade to individual specification and, as such, it may take seven to ten days for your item to be made and dispatched, if the item is not currently in stock.
- Please allow an additional 7 days for your item to be embossed.
- As soon as your item has left our depot, we will send you a tracking number so that you can trace the journey of your satchel!
- Should you require an update on the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
